Sarah provided a webinar to Missouri Municipal League members titled “Civility: Why It Matters, How To Get There” on January 9, 2020.

Skills For Leaders

On September 26, 2020, Sarah presented a half-day pre-conference session for Board Presidents titled “Many Voices, One Board: Managing Conflict In The Board Meeting” at the annual conference of the Missouri School Boards’ Association.

Sarah returned in August of 2020, as a guest lecturer in the Global Digital Age course for the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri. This is the fifth semester she has been invited to share her thoughts on “Complex Issues, Critical Thinking, and Dialogue Skills” with the class.

In July of 2018, we provided a day long training for teachers in the Columbia Public Schools on Using Dialogue Structures and Facilitation Skills in the Classroom.

AMM Annual Conference 2017

In October of 2017, Sarah presented on Rethinking the Mediation Process at the Association of Missouri Mediators Annual Conference. She also provided an AMM webinar duringĀ  ABA Mediation Week, titled Mediation, Civility, and the Power of Understanding.
