For prospective clients, we can schedule a one hour startup call or in-person meeting to discuss your needs and options for services. A call can be combined with online technology that allows you to see some actual program materials.
The following are general guidelines for pricing. Training programs are provided at a flat, fixed rate. You can arrange for additional coaching and consulting services at either hourly or fixed rates. Before we begin work we will provide you with a contract that clearly spells out what services will be provided and the specific prices that apply.
Our goal is to work with you to provide the best possible value at a price you can afford.

In a 1.5 hour session we will describe the basics of our approach and offer a few brief exercises. In order to help us make this program fit your needs, please contact us and complete this survey . This session costs $600 and does not include transportation costs outside of the Columbia, Missouri area or teleconferencing costs, which will be separately charged, or any HBDI™ services.
A basic program includes up to 20 people and the price covers three phases: (1) pre-program coordination with you, including the creation and implementation of any necessary online surveys prior to or after your program, (2) four hours of program time which can be used in one or split over two sessions, and (3) follow up with you after the program is complete. This follow up includes a typed summary of program evaluations and discussion notes. A half-day program generally ranges from $1500 to $2500 depending on the degree of customization and the types of working materials that are required for your program. Additional attendees can cost from $10 to $20 per person depending on the materials required, the number of additional attendees. This price does not include any HBDI™ services or transportation costs outside of the Columbia, Missouri area. We can train your people to deliver certain programs, including our “Hate Hurts” program, and will license your use of the relevant materials. Licensing fees apply in addition to regular program fees. Please

Here are some general guidelines:
HBDI™ programs typically cost about $350 per person for those receiving an individual profile and $250 per person for those who already have a profile. Package pricing for multiple programs is also available.
Follow-up individual coaching sessions can be scheduled. The fee for a coaching session is $150 per hour. Package pricing for five sessions is also available. Transportation and teleconferencing fees are not included above.
We will give you a specific quote for teleconferencing fees but, in the event where multiple sites will be used during the program a bridge is required, and will generally cost $50 per hour per site.
Generally payment is expected either in advance or at the time service is provided. Payment can be made by credit card.
Discounted prices are available for larger groups and for service packages. With a service package you can decide whether or not to proceed at the end of each phase. Service packages are priced on a flat fee basis for the following three phases:
- Consulting Design Phase
- Program Phase
- Follow-Up Coaching Phase
When we meet with you to discuss your program needs we will, if you request, quote flat fees for your group and program for each of these phases.
