Our goal is to work with you to provide the best possible value at a price you can afford.

For prospective clients, we can schedule a one hour startup call or in-person meeting to discuss your needs and options for services.  Service packages are priced on a flat fee basis for the following three phases:

• Consulting Design Phase
• Program Phase
• Follow-Up Coaching Phase

With a service package you can decide whether or not to proceed at the end of each phase.  Before we begin work we will provide you with a contract that clearly spells out what services will be provided and the specific prices that apply.

Training programs are provided at a flat, fixed rate. You can arrange for additional coaching and consulting services at either hourly or fixed rates. Discounted prices are available for larger groups and for service packages.  When we meet with you to discuss your program needs we will, if you request, quote flat fees for your group and program for each of these phases.  We will give you a separate quote for teleconferencing fees but.

Generally payment is expected either in advance or at the time service is provided. Payment can be made by credit card.
