HBDI™ Services
The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI™) helps
people and organizations gain greater insight into how individuals
think,
communicate, and work. This enables people to harness the power of
their thinking for improved productivity, creativity, and fulfillment.
Developed by Ned Herrmann while a manager at General Electric, the HBDI™ is based on over twenty years of research and is the
framework of the Whole Brain Model™. This scientifically proven model can be used to improve communication, enhance teamwork, reduce cost, and
increase productivity.
Rather than assessing individual skills or abilities, the HBDI™
measures a person’s preferences for different thinking styles.
Thinking styles affect how different individuals perceive information,
make decisions, solve problems and communicate
with others.
Awareness of one’s own thinking styles and the ability to
understand and use different styles is known as Whole Brain
Thinking™. This way of thinking is critical to effectively meeting
organizational and customer needs. Whole Brain training can help you
and your team think outside the box and better understand the diversity of thinking styles within the
organization. We offer a number of HBDI™ services and workshops to help you integrate Whole Brain Thinking™ into your business. Whole Brain Thinking™ can help you:
- Use management styles that work with the people you manage and the organizational culture
- Align employees with the work that they do best
- Maximize the success of specific projects and tasks
- Find creative solutions for complex problems
Our workshops are customized to meet the needs of your
group or organization. The workshops below last between 1 ½ and 3 hours, can be conducted during a breakfast or lunch meeting at your
workplace, and provide participants with a full HBDI™ profile.
